This month we are working with a fun Sweetheart themed Ribbon Club Assortment from Really Reasonable Ribbon.

Welcome to the Really Reasonable Ribbon January Blog Hop.

If you arrived here from Cheryl’s blog, you are on the right track. If not, why not head back to the RRR Blog and start from the beginning so you don’t miss any of the terrific projects.  Be sure to comment on the blog hop post on the RRR Blog for a chance to win your own January Ribbon Club Assortment.

This month the Really Reasonable Ribbon Monthly Ribbon Club Assortment is a fun Sweetheart themed mix of ribbon.

The January Ribbon Club Assortment contains 9 styles and a total of 18 yards of ribbon.  Each monthly assortment is a color or holiday themed ribbon collection.  What a fun way to build your ribbon stash and try new ribbon styles.

This month I’m sharing a birthday card.

Just because this is a Valentine themed assortment doesn’t mean you can’t use it for something else…..

This is a 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″ layered card.  You can see all the layers and I added just a touch of my signature mulberry paper behind the sentiment and the main panel.  I added several Open Roses under the sentiment.

For a video tutorial on how I use mulberry paper, please click HERE.

My card is topped off with a pretty bi-color double loop bow created on my Bow-it-All V3.0 Tool using two ribbons from the January Ribbon Club Assortment from Really Reasonable Ribbon.
The bow is topped off with a Pearl Heart Shaped Bead.

This headband was created on a 1/2″ White Plastic Headband using the 3/8″ Random Hearts on Poppy Red Satin Ribbon from the December Ribbon Club Assortment, and I pulled in a solid White Double-faced Satin for contrast.  I just love the contrast between the white and poppy red heart satin.

Thanks so much for stopping by today.  Your next stop is Karen’s fabulous blog.

I would love for you to leave a comment before you go.
