The August Ribbon Club Assortment contains 9 styles and a total of 18 yards of ribbon.  Each monthly assortment is a color or holiday themed ribbon collection.  What a fun way to build your ribbon stash and try new ribbon styles.

This month I’m sharing a beautiful Sunflower themed birthday card.

I printed and layered my sentiment and created my pretty sunflower swag for the focal point of the card.  I also layered two of the ribbons from the assortment and ran them under the sentiment for added interest.  Under that is my base panel using a pretty die cut background.  My bottom layer of the card is natural mulberry paper which adds a soft and snowy look.

My card is topped off with a pretty bi-color bow created on my Bow-it-All V3.0 Tool using two of the ribbons from the August Ribbon Club Assortment from Really Reasonable Ribbon.

I’m entering my card in the following challenges:

Now for my headband of the month:

This headband was created on a 1/2″ White Plastic Headband using two of the 3/8″ satin ribbons from the  August Ribbon Club Assortment.  The bow was made with the two colors of Delicate Stitched Satin Ribbon.
