Hi friends.  This week we have a great new Vintage themed challenge over on the Cheery Lynn Designs Blog.  I hope you’ll head over and link up a project to share with us.

I embossed using a brown paper with a white core and then I lightly sanded over the raised letters to reveal the lighter core of the paper for the center oval.9-17-16-2This card is a many layered card.  I made it a little bigger than my usual cards to take advantage of all the wonderful details in the Birthday Embossing Folder.  I also just love the Floral Bouqet Kit and used many of the different pieces in the set.

The card was topped off with a pretty bi-color double-loop bow made on my Bow-it-All V3.0 using Turftan Brown and Ivory Delicate Stitched Satin Ribbon from Really Reasonable Ribbon.  I added some Antique Gold Burlap String to the back of the bow for some added texture.
