Welcome to the Cheery Lynn Designs March Blog Hop.

If you arrived here from Corina’s blog, you are on the right track. If not, why not head back to the Cheery Lynn Designs Blog and start from the beginning so you don’t miss any of the terrific projects.

This month the team is working with the NEW and fabulous IOE (Inside Out Embossing) Folder and Plates from TeaPaperCrafts that are now available at Cheery Lynn Designs.
For a video tutorial on how to use these new embossing folders and plates, please click HERE.

The Frame IT Embossing Folder has several design elements.  They can all be used or specific design elements can be isolated so that those are the only ones that would emboss. This is accomplished by using the appropriate size oval plate or plates when running it through with the paper on your die cut and emboss machines.  You can get 31 different combinations using just the one embossing folder and Oval Embossing Plate Set.  That’s incredible!  AND, the oval embossing plate set can be used with any embossing folder to isolate certain areas to be embossed.  I’m loving this new product.

As you can see, I chose to emboss the larger oval that the four corner embellishments for my card.  I embellished with the beautiful Quadrafoil Tag die for the sentiment and and to accent the card corners.  I also created a lovely flower using the Shasta Daisy die from Cheery Lynn Designs.

Cheery Lynn Dies Used:
XL-20 Pierced Stacker #2
B682 Quadrafoil Tag
B310 Shasta Daisy
B241 Rose Leaf Strip

My card was topped off with a beautiful bi-color double-loop bow created on my Bow-it-All V2.0 Tool using 5/8″ Lemon and Daffodil Delicate Stitched Satin from Really Reasonable Ribbon.  I also ran a piece of 5/8″ Black Diamond Satin topped with a piece of 3/8″ Yellow and Gray Confetti Dot Grosgrain across the center of the card under the sentiment.
I’m entering my card in the following challenges:
Here is a close-up of the pretty shasta daisy flower.
