This month the Really Reasonable Ribbon Monthly Ribbon Club Assortment is a beautiful mix of blues and white.
This is a great mix for winter projects along with baby, Father’s Day and lots of other projects through the year.

I just love a blue and white color palette for a winter card, don’t you? I tied a gorgeous bi-color double-loop bow using two of the ribbons from the assortment. The bow was created on my Bow-it-All V2.0.

I pulled out my Cheery Lynn Designs dies to create this card. I love all their gorgeous doily dies and the roses were made with the tea rose die. See supply list below for all the dies used.
I also ran a strip of the navy satin with grosgrain edge ribbon from the assortment across the center of the card under the image and topped that with the cute mitten and snowflake print grosgrain ribbon. Isn’t a gorgeous bow the perfect finishing touch on any card?!
I’m entering my card in the following challenges:
Now for the headbands of the month.
The first is created on a 3/4″ white plastic headband with two of the 5/8″ solid ribbons from the December Ribbon Club assortment. I had a handmade paper rose left over from my card, so I thought I make a clip and use that on my headband. I created a 1-1/2″ bow with four loops on each side on my Bow-it-All V2.0 and just fanned the loops out to create a rosette. Then I added the rose to the center.

This next headband is clearly my favorite design. You see it quite often. I love how the diagonal stripes wrap around the 1/2″ white plastic headband base. This one is made with two of the 3/8″ printed ribbons from the assortment. The different pattern is created by adjusting the starting positions of the ribbons.
