This month the Really Reasonable Ribbon Monthly Ribbon Club Assortment is a gorgeous mix of silver and gold.  Perfect for Christmas, New Year’s projects, weddings and more!

This great assortment contains 9 styles and a total of 17 yards of ribbon and trim.  What a fun way to build your ribbon stash and try out new ribbon styles.  JOIN TODAY as a treat for yourself!  Looking for a gift for a crafty friend?  RRR offers Ribbon Club Gift Subscriptions in 3, 6 and 12-month options.

My card today uses two of the styles from the November Ribbon Club assortment.  I love the old gold shimmer satin which I used for the bow and I also wrapped a piece across the center panel of the card under the sentiment and topped it with the silver and gold diagonal stripe satin ribbon.  My double-loop bow was created on my Bow-it-All V2.0.

I’m entering my card in the following challenges:
I couldn’t help myself this month and I created two woven ribbon headbands.
I was pleasantly surprised by the fun design the diagonal stripe satin made on the first headband that I made using a 1/2″ white plastic headband base.  This is the basic woven ribbon headband technique.  By moving the starting position of the ribbons, you can create lots of different patterns such as the diagonal stripe look below.

I knew I would love the two shimmer satin ribbons together to create this Easy Woven Ribbon Headband.  I started with a 3/4″ white plastic headband as the base.  This is the easiest of the woven ribbon headbands to create, so if you are just starting out, this is a great one for you.
