Hi there.  It’s time for another fun challenge over at the Party Time Tuesdays Challenge Blog.  This is weekly Anything Goes Challenge Blog and we’d love to have you come over and join the fun.

This adorable image is a digital image from Whimsie Doodles.  I just love their adorable images and they are so user friendly for newbie Copic color-ers.  Love love love ’em.

So I’m still working with my Copics.  It’s coming along…..
What, the shading is all wrong??  Nah, there is a light shining on the lettering from the right side and there is a spotlight shining directly from above the snowman….  (Well, that’s my story and I’m sticking to it!!)  Grrrr
Okay, so I just don’t have that artist eye, but I’m confident that I can learn to ‘see’ the whole light source thing with enough practice.  Practice makes perfect, right?
I went with non-traditional Christmas colors for this card so I could play along with the Cheery Lynn Designs Challenge #160 – Non-Traditional colors.  I used the Cheery Lynn Designs Ribbon Eyelet Border with Piercing Die (one of my favorites!) and wove my 5/8″ Turquoise Delicate Stitched Satin from Really Reasonable Ribbon through the holes.  I topped that with 3/8″ Christmas Lights Multi Satin Ribbon and a pretty little double-layer bow made on my Bow-it-All V2.0.  I also have a piece of Cheery Lynn Designs Royal Scandinavian Doily Die above my image.  NEVER THROW OUT YOUR SCRAPS PEOPLE!!  I was messing around with this square doily trying to make a rectangle (which worked beautifully) and I had some edges left.  Doesn’t it look great topping off my snowman image?

Really Reasonable Ribbon is having a HUGE 4-day SALE through midnight eastern time on Friday, 11-28-14.  The more you buy, the more you save!!  Head on over to the Really Reasonable Ribbon Blog to pick up your sale codes

I hope you’ll head over to the Party Time Tuesdays Challenge Blog and play along with our challenge this week.  We’d love to see what you are creating.
