Hi everyone and Happy Halloween!
I hope you are all having a Spook-tacular Day!
First I’d like to share the Bat Party Favors I made for my son’s class. He’s an elementary teacher and I always make treats for his kiddos.
This year I found some quick and easy bat designs for my Silhouette Cameo and went with them. They are open at the top for goodies. They went together really quickly and I filled ’em up with candy.
The handle is made with Black Jute String from Really Reasonable Ribbon.
The plain one is for the boys.
I jazzed up the ones for the girls with a cute little bow made from 3/8″ Tangerine Double-faced Satin with my Bow-it-All Tool. For our beginner Bow-it-All Video, click HERE. You’ll be making gorgeous bows in no time!
I simply adhered the bow to the bat with Scor-Tape.

Christmas Tags
I also wanted to share another project I featured on my latest VIDEO TUTORIAL.
These fun Christmas Tags are from a Digital Collage sheet from my friend Ginny at Polly’s Paper Studio. You can find the collage sheet I used and more at the Polly’s Paper Studio Etsy Shop.
I used a couple of the bows I created in my last video tutorial and I enlarged one of the images to coordinate with the size of my bow. I did these projects backwards and made the bows first and then made a project to showcase them.
The larger tag is made with our Burlap Center Stitch Ribbon and embellished with a Turquoise Sweetheart Blossom in the center. I cut the tag image out and layered it on a piece of turquoise cardstock and then kraft cardstock. The tassel is made with Turquoise 20lb Hemp Cording. I simply separated the 3-ply cording down to three individual strands and grouped them together for the tassel.
For the smaller tag, I layered and assembled the same as described above. The bow and tassel are made with Variegated 20lb Hemp Cording Earthy. The center is embellished with a brad and the tassel is made in the same manner as the first one.
Thanks so much for stopping by.
Happy Crafting!
