Really Reasonable Ribbon February Blog Hop

Welcome to the February Really Reasonable Ribbon Blog Hop.
If you arrived here from Cheryl’s blog, you are on the right track. If not, why not head back to the RRR Blog and start from the beginning so you don’t miss any of the terrific projects.

This month the Really Reasonable Ribbon Monthly Ribbon Club Assortment is a pretty Purple and Green mix of  ribbons.

The February Ribbon Club Assortment contains 9 styles and a total of 18 yards of ribbon.  Each monthly assortment is a color or holiday themed ribbon collection.  What a fun way to build your ribbon stash and try new ribbon styles.

Today, along with the pretty ribbons from the February Ribbon Club Assortment,  I’m showcasing one of the new 3D Pop Up Dies from Cheery Lynn Designs.  These dies are so much fun to work with and they make creating pop-up cards a breeze!

Cheery Lynn Dies used:
B932 Pop Up Party Word
FRM118 Daisy Lace Frame
M7 Oval Classic Small
XM7 Oval

My card was topped off with my favorite bi-color bow created on my Bow-it-All V3.0 Tool using ribbons from the February Ribbon club Assortment from Really Reasonable Ribbon.  The center of the bow was adorned with a Heart Shaped Pearl Embellishment.

Now for my headband of the month:
This headband was created on a 3/4″ White Plastic Headband using the two of the 5/8″ satin ribbons from the February Ribbon Club Assortment.

Thanks so much for stopping by today.  Your next stop is Karen’s fabulous blog.

I would love for you to leave a comment before you go.

  1. Your headbands still blow my mind. In fact, I gave this tutorial a shout-out in my post today for the Hop. I’ve watched the video and tried it, and just can’t get the hang of it; so I’m always in awe of your work. Great blog hop for sure….lots of fun projects. I hope EVERYONE signs up for the Ribbon Club Assortment. It’s the best!

  2. What a fabulous card, Bonnie! I love how it’s in your traditional beautiful and classy style on the front and the inside is a party!!! So fun!! I love how you showcased these ribbons from the assortment too! Perfect! And, as always, you headband is super awesome!!!

  3. I love purple & green together; one of my fave
color combos. Your card is so pretty. I love the
added texture of the white mulberry paper and
    of course, the double bow.

  4. Love the card! The front is so soft and pretty. I like all the layers. Then opening it up is like a Surprise Party. What a fun idea!
Very sweet headband. You must put a lot of time into these sweet accessories getting them all braided so perfectly.
Thank you so much for sharing and inspiring. Happy Valentine’s Day! 🙂

  5. Wow what a treat we got … you make those pop-ups look so easy; and we get to see a headband too !!
That technique for colorizing the pop up is very helpful !
