I was going for a white birch tree look for the trees in the Aspen Forest A2 Frame die, so I created some paper using my hickory smoke Distress Ink pad for the trees. The background hills were just fussy cut curved pieces of white cardstock that I edged with some light blue ink. I created the road with a strip of grey cardstock.
I cut the car and tree with metallic blue cardstock and some green Distress Ink paper I had left from another project and I also cut some details out in red, black, silver and yellow paper and pieced them in to the appropriate area. Season’s Greetings was stamped below on the white cardstock.
I added a layer of red cardstock leaving a small border and then added white mulberry paper beneath that before adhering to my card base.
My card was topped off with a pretty bi-color bow created on my Bow-it-All V3.0 Tool using two of the ribbons from the October Ribbon Club Assortment from Really Reasonable Ribbon. The center of the bow is topped off with a pretty 12mm Silver Glitter Stardust Rhinestone.

I saw your card at 613 Ave C – thank you for sharing it with us Bonnie! A great use of dies in this composition! The mulberry paper and the ribbon with a jewelled button really add an elegant touch. It’s really going to yield a “Wow!” from the recipient. Nicely done!

This layer of white mulberry paper is so awesome !! But sadly I’m French and I really have no idea of what do you actually called “mulberry paper” ?
Hi Marjorie. I have a YouTube video about the way I use Mulberry Paper here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lCIFlRxTzPY&t=2s I show the paper, talk about where I get it and how I achieve the feathered edge. This will give you a better idea of what it is if you are interested.
