I was in the mood for some pinks and purples, so I whipped up a pretty card to welcome a new baby using some pretty dies from Cheery Lynn Designs along with pretty ribbon and embellishments from Really Reasonable Ribbon.

I love to use a pretty frame die for my background and today I selected the ‘Quatrefoil A2 Frame 1’ die.  I layered that over a gorgeous piece of Distress Ink paper that I made using pinks and purples.
My pretty flower and foliage cluster was created with my all-time favorite ‘Floral Bouquet Kit’.  For the centers I used a Plush Covered Button on the large flower and some Gingham Covered Buttons on the smaller flowers which can both be found at Really Reasonable Ribbon.  These flowers are so easy to create.  Just cut them, do a little shaping of the leaves with a stylus and foam pad and then just stack them and add a center embellishment.
