New Celebrate Themed Challenge on the Really Reasonable Ribbon Blog

It’s time for another fun challenge over at the Really Reasonable Ribbon Blog
This time we have a Celebrate Theme and don’t forget to add ribbons or trims to your project.

This is the perfect challenge theme to help build up your birthday card stash.  I never have enough of them.  I parted with another piece of hand-marbled paper that I made ages ago that I’ve been hoarding in my stash.  It’s just so pretty that it’s hard to give it up!

I layered a piece of 3/8″ Tutti Frutti Chevron Grosgrain Ribbon over a 5/8″ piece of Regal Purple Diamond Satin Ribbon and ran that around the card under the sentiment.  I topped off the card with a pretty bi-color double-loop bow made with 5/8″ Grape and Turquoise Delicate Stitched Satin Ribbon.  The bow was created on my Bow-it-All V2.0.

  1. Bonnie, the ribbon made a beautiful bow and the Flowers are quite lovely as well. Your background ties all the colors together. Thank you so much for joining our 220th challenge at Word Art Wednesday. Your creation is inspiring and very beautiful. Blessings, Carole

  2. Beautiful card! The marble paper is beautiful and yes, it's hard to use certain items, just want to make sure it's the perfect project. It all looks fabulously designed. Thanks for joining us at Love to Scrap! Challenge Blog
