Hi friends. I’m back today with some more Kanzashi video tutorials for different petal sizes using only 1-1/2″ width ribbon, some different ways to cut your ribbon squares and how to line a variety of clips. I’m loving these beautiful flowers created with ribbons from Really Reasonable Ribbon and I hope you are too!
If you like my video, please click the YouTube icon in the bottom right of the video above and head to YouTube and give me a thumbs up. I’d love for you to subscribe to my channel and leave a comment as well.
The tweezers that I use in the video are Squadron Products Cross Action Curved Tweezer which I LOVE. I highly recommend these tweezers as they are relatively inexpensive and they work so well The Squadron Cross Action Straight Tweezer would work as well.

Thanks for the great videos. You make it look easy. I’ve attempted my first flower however I’m struggling to get my petals a uniform size. Apart from practice any tips?
I’m so glad you liked my videos and you are working on some Kanzashi flowers!! I don’t have any real advice other than practice and try to by consistent with your trimming. Find some imaginary marks for your trim lines and stick with them. The more consistent you are, the more uniform in size your petals will be. AND, they don’t have to be perfect matches in size. Nature is not perfect! Keep practicing and I’d love to see some of your work. If you have a blog or share online somewhere, let me know. Happy crafting!!
