Fun Patriotic ‘Welcome Home’ Card and new Challenge over at Party Time Tuesdays Anything Goes Challenge Blog

Hi there.  It’s time for another fun challenge over at the Party Time Tuesdays Challenge Blog.  This is monthly Anything Goes Challenge Blog and we’d love to have you come over and join the fun.  This fun card uses some fun ribbons from the May Ribbon Club assortment from Really Reasonable Ribbon

If some of you think this card looks really familiar, you are correct.  You got an accidental ‘sneak peek’ last week when I tried to schedule the post, but I guess I forgot to click the ‘done’ button.  I didn’t realize it posted until it showed up in my email feed.  That was followed by a loud exclamation of ‘Crap!’ (okay, it wasn’t crap that I said, but I’m trying to keep this PG, ya know?).  Has this ever happened to you?
If you are not a Ribbon Club member yet, JOIN TODAY and begin with this fun Patriotic themed assortment.  You’ll use this assortment all summer on loads of different projects!

I created my two-color double-loop double-layer bow with my Bow-it-All V2.0.  I’m telling you – GET THIS TOOL!!  – You won’t be sorry.  I use it on all my projects.
I’m entering my card in the following challenges:
Inspiration Destination #32 – Anything Goes
Clear it Out – Anything Goes – Design paper and mulberry paper are my stash items
I will have a tutorial for this two color bow out soon.  To view all my Bow-it-All Videos to date, please visit my YouTube Channel.

I hope you’ll head over to the Party Time Tuesdays Challenge Blog and play along with our challenge this month.  We’d love to see what you are creating.

Really Reasonable Ribbon Challenge – Patriotic Theme

Hi there.  It’s time for another fun challenge over at the Really Reasonable Ribbon’s Ramblings Blog.

This time we have a Patriotic Theme and don’t forget to add ribbons or trims to your project.

I really love making Patriotic themed projects.  To me the colors signify summer as well.

Here is a little peek at the inside of the card.
I made it so the tag could be removed and used separately if you want.  There is a short little ‘pocket’ under the ribbon band near the bottom of the card to tuck the tag in to.
I hope you’ll head over to the Really Reasonable Ribbon’s Ramblings Blog and play along with our challenge.  Any type of project is welcome.
Thanks for stopping by!

Really Reasonable Ribbon May Blog Hop

Welcome to the RRR May Blog Hop.
If you arrived here from Carolyn’s Blog, you are on the right track. If not, why not head back to the RRR Blog and start from the beginning so you don’t miss any of the terrific projects.
This month the Really Reasonable Ribbon Monthly Ribbon Club Assortment is a fun vintage patriotic mix. Isn’t it great??!

Red and blue is one of my favorite color combinations.  I just works so well together.  My great layered bow was made with my Bow-it-All Tool.
Here is a peek at the inside sentiment on my card.  I added a length of the Patriotic Boats on Navy ribbon to the bottom of the card.  This is a great way to use up shorter scraps of ribbon you can’t bear to throw away.
Below are a couple of woven ribbon headbands I made using ribbon from the May Ribbon Club assortment.  You can find video tutorials for the headbands as well as the Loopy Bow on the reasonableribbon YouTube channel.
Thanks so much for stopping by today.  Your next stop is Jessie’s fabulous blog.

I would love for you to leave a comment before you go.
