RRR Challenge #105 Anything Goes with Ribbon Theme AND Blog Hopping with Heartfelt Creations

Hi there.  It’s time for another fun challenge over at the Really Reasonable Ribbon’s Ramblings Blog.

This time we have an Anything Goes with Ribbon or Trim Theme and don’t forget to add ribbons or trims to your project.

We are also Blog Hopping today showing off some great products from Heartfelt Creations.

If you arrived here from Carolyn’s Blog, you are on the right track.  If not, why don’t you head back to the RRR Blog and start from the beginning so you don’t miss any of the fabulous projects.
My first card showcases my new favorite flower die of all time!  This gorgeous flower was made using the Heartfelt Designs Vintage Floret Die.  Isn’t it gorgeous?  I accented it with some 35mm Green Mulberry Leaves and Silver Metallic String from Really Reasonable Ribbon.  I cut the flower pieces from light blue cardstock and inked the edges with Chipped Sapphire Distress Ink and shaped the petals with a large stylus.  The lovely word art is a digital stamp from Create with TLC.
I liked this card so much, I made another in a different color combo.  Which one do you like best?
I also made a couple of cards using the fabulous Heartfelt Creations Christmas Card Collection.  This is a great paper collection that give you everything you need to whip up loads of Christmas cards in very little time.
I wanted a little dimension in my cards so I used two of each of the images.  I cut around the central image on both and popped it up on some foam tape above the larger image.  I used 3/8″ Buttermilk Satin with Gold Metallic Edges Ribbon and I created the double-layer double-looped bow with my Bow-it-All V2.0.  For video tutorials on how to make this great bow and more, visit my YouTube Channel.
This pretty card was accented with 5/8″ Ivory Diamond Satin.
Thanks so much for stopping by.
Your next stop is Teresa’s Blog and you DO NOT WANT TO MISS her fantastic projects.

Happy Birthday Wishes in Yellow and Gray

I just love a yellow and gray color combo, don’t you?
It would look even better if I had ANY photography skillz…..
Really Reasonable Ribbon is teaming up with Heartfelt Creations this month and I can’t wait for you to see all the wonderful projects the RRR Design Team has come up with.  We will be showcasing them for you on our October 15th Challenge Post and also having a fun little blog hop.  I saw a sneak-peek of some of them already and they are fabulous!!
My card today has a fun little flower in the top right which was created using the Heartfelt Creations Sweet Juliet Die with a 2-Tone Yellow Sweetheart Blossom in the center.
Isn’t that Daffodil Shimmer Satin running around the middle of the card great?  It looks even better in person!!  Love that little shimmer effect.  The pretty little double-layer bow is made with Daffodil Checkerboard Satin (great because it’s double-faced) on my Bow-it-All V2.0.

You are Strong, Beautiful and Capable

Isn’t that a wonderful sentiment for a card for a friend?  I think so!

Since it’s World Card-Making Day, I’m in my studio getting my craft on!

I’m sneaking in last minute to play along with the Cheery Lynn Designs Challenge #152 – Lace Theme.  I used the Ankara Lace Border, Mini Fanciful Flourish Left and the Gardenia and Small Gardenia Dies.  I just picked up my first dies from Cheery Lynn Designs and I just LOVE them.

The sentiment on my card is from Create with TLC and I used a piece of very pretty and sparkly White Glitz Ribbon from Really Reasonable Ribbon.

When I said ‘sneaking in at the last minute’, I wasn’t kidding.  See the glue that is still not quite dry in the upper left flower – well actually it’s not dry on any of them….  Sigh.  Anyone reading this is likely a crafter too, so I know you understand.
I’m entering my card in the following challenges:

Thanks so much for stopping by.  Have a crafty day!
