Hi there.  It’s time for another fun challenge over at the Really Reasonable Ribbon Blog.

This time we have an Anything Goes Theme and don’t forget to add ribbons or trims to your project.

For the base of my tag I created a pretty paper using Distress Inks.  I added some additional ink to a scrap of that same paper to make the butterfly paper a bit darker so it would stand out.

I used some pretty 15mm Open Roses for the body of the butterfly and for the butterfly antennae I took a piece of White Spiral Stamen and straightened it out and glued it on top of the cut out.

The sentiment is a great stamp from Quietfire Design.  I added three pretty 10mm Star Flatback Beads above the sentiment.

I took several strands of Burlap String in White, Pink and Light Blue and attached it to the tag through the top hole.  I then topped that with a bow.

My pretty bi-color bow was created on my Bow-it-All V3.0 using two of the 5/8″ width ribbons from the June Ribbon Club Assortment (available through the end of July).

I hope you’ll head over to the Really Reasonable Ribbon Blog and play along with our challenge.  Any type of project is welcome.

Thanks for stopping by!
